Evolution does what it needs to and MRI have been there to allow us to be self sufficient in building workflows and reports.

> **Inconvenienti**: The mobile app seems to have been left behind, a lot of innovation is thrown into MRI Evolution but MRI Go is not reaping the benefits. We find that most issues stem from our engineers who are using MRI Go.
Some of the customer support is good, but we've recently had an influx of case that take longer to solve than they should.

> In the (coming to 4 years) with MRI and Evolution, a relationship of trust and respect has been built that we will not take for granted.
