Don't have to worry about the security of our files - 2 factor authentication to log in is a plus. I am not in charge of the cost for our case management systems, but NEOS is work every penny\! You definitely get the value for the money spent for the amount of time saved to have your files at your fingertips as well as documents and the calendar interaction with Outlook\! > > **Inconvenienti**: Needs some improvements when it switched over from Needles.
