It is the least intuitive software I've used in my 30 year career, and I've had to use clunkers like SAP. I regularly lose work because I thought I was done with a workflow but there was yet another save that seemed totally redundant. I would like to see features to automate trackers and get notifications on new request creations or part creations irrespective of me being a part of it directly.
