> **Vantaggi**: The program is fully integrated, from POS to GL. The POS is easy to use which makes the training for new staff a piece of cake. 
Compared to other products that I have seen; it is very comprehensive and as such the value is significantly worth more than the cost.
Even today, after thirty years of use, we find components and capabilities within the various modules that we didn’t know existed that help us with our day to day operations and reporting. 
The customer support has been proficient and responsive for routine issues.

> **Inconvenienti**: There are only two negatives come to mind.
1) is here is not an updated training manual
2) as mentioned earlier, routine issues are quickly resolved however, on more complex issues the ball seems to be dropped and the problem doesn’t get resolved.
