I don't believe we were given sufficient advise in the beginning. We have since transferred to new account and project managers and things are moving along nicely. I use it every day, to see our forecasts, understand inventory levels and work with the procurement team and all in real time. The sync to our ERP is seamless so I always have the most current data when making planning decisions. > > **Inconvenienti**: The upfront configuration was time intensive and it wasn’t easy getting everyone up to speed on how to use the more advanced forecasting models. Some reports still need the odd hack (especially when I want to parameterize across territories or product lines). I also wish the interface was a little more modern and streamlined, it can be clunky to navigate between views. > > Logility has allowed us to reduce unneeded inventory and has improved forecast accuracy this directly decreased stockouts/holding costs. Also there are aspects of the configuration that needs more use of technology by me.
