Sometimes troubleshooting issues is hard or diving into objects that show up on audit logs is hard to back into. Also having the audit reports limited to people with admin privileges is problematic for managers managing their audit responsibilities and creates SOD conflicts. Having to use external systems for some of the core functionality causes additional expense but is necessary as our company has matured. Engineering problems take months to resolve with customer support. > > Overall, we're happy with Sage Intacct. It has really improved our accounting experience after switching from Quickbooks as we moved to a multi entity/currency organization.
