In addition, they continue to make updates every week and listen to the suggestions of their clients. They have been more than helpful in getting us acclimated to the software. We also opted to have Marketing Manager which has been helpful to have the email interactions recorded in our CRM. We are still learning, but so far it has been a great experience, and we are looking forward to future updates. It was worth taking the leap and a good value for the investment\! > > **Inconvenienti**: The conversion over - which was not there fault per se, but anyone converting I suggest they talk to some at MM and request an account manager that has experience with a conversion from the platform you previously were on. We found that person a little ate in the game and I think planning with that person woul dhave made our conversion a little smoother. Improvements can be made ont he Marketing Manager side as it relates to creating segments and workflows - it seems we should be able to click on groups in Magazine Manager and send vs. having to make that a segment first, name it, then send. Too many steps, but the connection to the CRM and the recording of the interaction for the reps make this worth the extra steps. Also, being able to update a billing contact after it has been invoiced would be extremely helpful. > > Everyone of the account managers that we have had for training have been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The chat is amazing\! The person who mainly runs the board is spot on and helpful.
