Commenti: This software greatly improved the efficiency of our Recruitment and Onboarding processes, allowed a more universal experience among our multiple divisions. Improved organization, follow through and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't have any true complaints. A few processes feel a bit cumbersome and could be made more streamlined. I would like to see an app rolled out in the near future, as it is not always the easiest to do tasks within the system from a mobile device.

What I like about BirdDogHR is offering me a variety of features and services to streamline the tracking of applicants and monitoring performance, and foster collaboration and participation of employees.

Aspetti negativi:

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

More Time Spent on Development and Customer Service

Commenti: There is a lot of potential, but I would not recommend this as a solution to anyone.

The software has potential but is not ready to be marketed.

Aspetti negativi:

Their customer service is terrible. The response time is terrible, so hopefully you do not have issues as you are trying to process payroll. Their settings are very black and white. If you want something excluded you have to exclude all options. Their time-rounding features sound great in theory but do not work reliably. There is a lot of time spent making sure that time is entered correctly. At this point, I don't think we will ever be able to retire paper timesheets as the entry is not trustworthy.

Life changer!

Commenti: We used to get hundreds of time cards a week and now I audit and track my guys through this software, I can not recommend it enough!

The instant access to the guys time and location. and the maps on the sitehub are a life saver! no more printing 50 maps every morning!

Aspetti negativi:

Report sorting. there are only predefined sorting options I would like to be able to sort by any field I want. I get around it by downloading them into excel however it would be nice not to have to do that.

Aspetti positivi:

The software has made marketing our agency much more effective from a recruiting perspective. The experience of the recruiter, hiring managers and most importantly, the candidates, has been extremely satisfactory.

Aspetti negativi:

I'd like to see more flexibility and robustness in the reporting functionality of the software. The out-of-the box reports aren't that useful for my needs and I'd like to be able to customize reports without having to download to Excel and manipulate data in that way.

Very easy set up, features are very convenient and precise. Employees enjoy the convenience and payroll becomes a breeze.

Aspetti negativi:

Not many bad things about this product, perhaps GPS accuracy can be tweak a bit but I thin k that may have deal with devices being used on as well.

Time is seamlessly imported into our payroll/accounting software which makes payroll a click of a button.

Aspetti negativi:

Some of the time editing can be tedious. For example, if an entire crew has a time issue, you have to fix each individual separately.

Perfectly fine if you're not wanting much out of your HR software

Commenti: ACA compliance was the reason we selected it and it did the job.

The support teams at InfinityHR are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to the nitty gritty of their system they have a pretty good handle of what you need to do.

Aspetti negativi:

If you're wanting to do anything beyond their basic setup, it's going to be a real pain. The UI is years behind and creating reports is very time consuming. The UX for data entry and updating is also quite cumbersome and could use some polishing. Overall I was fairly disappointed in the product despite the efforts of their support teams to help. Support is great.

It's user friendly and it takes very little time to learn the basics and be efficient in using it, reports and performance monitoring is great, also the fact that employees now can upload their information themselves is really great.

Aspetti negativi:

From a small organization's perspective this product's functionalities has it all but pricing might make you think twice.

Inefficient and glacial

Mobile phone app is useful and works well event hough the tools available are limited

Aspetti negativi:

Editing and adding punches to a timesheet is terrible. Updates don't appear on screen until a long time has passed. The software often screws up punches so they overlap. It defaults to the wrong items all the time forcing more edits. Often displays confusing warnings saying it will discard changes even after updating and recalculating. Recalculated and saved changes do not display for 10-15 minutes making it extremely inefficient to verify edits and add punches.

Customer Service is very poor

Commenti: Very poor customer service. Great attention when it is time to give them a check. Otherwise problems are not fixed. Current clocks are no longer going to be supported with no advanced notice.

Works in some aspects, definitely not in others.

Commenti: We purchased the ATS, Onboarding and Talent Management modules within BirdDog. One of my biggest concerns when shopping around was trying to find a product that we could use from the time of application through review periods without a lot of extra work. Our salesman, Sean assured us that these products would work together. Upon implementation we discovered that these products in fact DO NOT speak to one another. The talent management module is essentially a completely different product. You have to enter information separately in order to add an employee to this system. And on top of that, it has way to many functions for which to choose from. If I simply want to send an evaluation I have to click through a million boxes. It's probably easier for me to take the time to email someone an evaluation then it is to click through the options. I appreciate that they were trying to be thorough, but something user friendly was more of what we were looking for. We also had trouble with the functionality in the onboarding piece. I find it frustrating that after an employee submits their paperwork, they have no access in coming back to make a change. We are a company trying to be as green as possible. When I asked what an employee should do if they need to change their w-4 deductions or direct deposit information, I was informed that we would need to print the document in order to submit it to our payroll department. This is defeating the very purpose of implementing the program. This was supposed to eliminate the need for extra paperwork. Other snags we have run into involve the reporting features within the ATS. They do not always populate after you have entered dates. We have also run into issues with scheduling. The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly. We loved our implementation specialist, My rep, but are very disappointed in our salesman. There are functions we have enjoyed, but this may not be the system we were looking for.

Good Software that needs improvements

Commenti: We use this software for my husbands small business. Overall, it's good value for the price, but definitely needs improvements. It has all needed for us functions: creating locations, clocking in and out, GPS.

It's not very intuitive in use, doesn't always identifies locations correctly. It took us a while to figure out how to download timesheets in Excel format, and when I tried emailing the customer support, I got no response.

Commenti: I would give this product a 5 out of 10. It helps with keeping information in one place for HR but the downside is the software reports are not all customizable.

It seemed to be a good product when we had the demonstration. Once we started using the product too many bugs needed to be worked out. In fact some could not be fixed.

i really dislike when the system goes down and we have to contact support because we can not get in and do our jobs. This really disrupts the work day as well as creating more work to fix what was missed during that time.

1.The use of app draws around 14% of the battery per day 2.To use it one needs to wait until job numbers are set up from office.

Commenti: Speeds up payroll.

Aspetti positivi:

Time Summit is pretty easy to use and it has really helped speed up the payroll process. Each employee clocks in themselves on their iPhone/iPad and I really love the GeoFence option that shows where they clocked in/out. The customer service is AMAZING. I've had to call a few times and the help is always outstanding.

Aspetti negativi:

Setup for the mobile app requires some work on the office end. I wish the setup code didn't change so frequently. I also wish the verification email didn't expire so quickly. I have to constantly resend the verification emails to employees. I'm not a huge fan of the new internet based Time Summit. It doesn't save/update well and I have to click Save a few times and then switch to another employee for it to calculate correctly.

Good and basic

Once the decision was made to purchase the ATS module we were up and running very quickly. Our contact helped set up our first job posting and walked us through various options--customer support was great. They still check in to see how we are doing and what they can do for us. Our job postings look neat and professional. Links all worked perfectly .

Aspetti negativi:

Would like more flexibility for our landing page for ATS. Some choices in layout or background and imbedded links or photographs or video. I'm not sure how effective the upgrades for various job boards is for us. Posting with colleges through Handshake would be nice. A little less clicking would be nice.

Great, Until Price Tripled

Great system to use for basic HRIS functions

Commenti: I've never used BirdDog HR until my company decided to try it out. Initially, it was hard for me to adapt. I was able to get in contact with a team member and after receiving training on the systems capabilities and options, it had a lot offer and was pleased.

It is easy to understand how the system works.

Aspetti negativi:

System is slow and times out quickly. I don't like how when I want to filter through, I don't have the option to filter open, closed or all requisitions.
