> **Vantaggi**: I worked for property management for a short period of time and had no experience, this was such an easy to use system I picked it up quickly. It is great because everything you need can be integrated, rent payments, work orders, user profiles and more.

> **Inconvenienti**: I cannot think of any cons. I am hoping it got better with age instead of diminishing but it truly is a great system that anyone can learn.

AppFolio was often overly-focused on rolling out new features, and not focused enough on fixing what was already there.
