Reached out for business-critical information yet she never bothered to respond until I emailed her stating that she never responded. Instead, she opened up a support ticket on my behalf which I could have done myself. Turnaround time for support tickets is too long for both Tier 1 and 2. The portal is not user friendly, yet we are being forced to utilize it. The US is a serviced based country, yet human interaction is never on the forefront of the business. > > In my opinion we were sold a dream. The level of support is nonexistent. Over time, I’ve become comfortable troubleshooting issues, managing our EDI processes, and making changes on my own. There is a lot of functionality available, but it can take time to understand where things are located and how the different parts of the system work together. Some processes are not always intuitive at first and require experience with the application to become comfortable.
