Commenti: Business users are happy so far and we will continue to roll out to our remaining European offices. The tool is easy to use and also the performance is optimal. We're working with the cloud version (on Azure) and we did not experience a single performance problem so far. The Exus employees are knowledgeable people and working with them was (and still is) a pleasure.
Aspetti positivi:
The product is full of features which are useful for our business community. The tool is easy to use and our users felt comfortable working with it quickly. From implementation perspective we had the application running (cloud version) in just a few weeks. No coding is needed only configuration. The application also offers advanced functions with help of analytic tooling. We are not using this yet but we want to keep improving our business process so this will definitely be something we will consider in the future. With help of the knowledgeable Exus consultants we managed to gather the requirements, train and implement in a matter of weeks with positive results and positive feedback from the business community.
Aspetti negativi:
We're looking into possibilities to use AI in the near future, this is not yet fully developed within the application. We're using EFS (Exus financial suite) and we might be looking into additional modules for use in the future. EFS is mainly focusing on Collections and we want to support our Recovery process also in a better way, we still need to further investigate the options.

Commenti: Positive experience, having joined my current organization with EFS already implemented, I was able to catch up quickly on the implemented strategies, with the help of EXUS team. All collections processes are in one place and this facilitates the overall monitoring of the activity. Excellent support level for day to day issues and requests for changes. Working on a managed service, we can focus on collections, having the software in place without performance issues.

Adapts very smoothly to various markets, while changes in the strategy are made in a controlled and efficient way. Easy to use at all levels, from the end users to the administrator. Ability to perform changes without requiring any IT knowledge. A lot of functionalities that can be implemented to achieve business objectives.
Aspetti negativi:
While entering our 3rd year on EFS, we are still on the learning curve, need to explore more on the possibilities that EFS can offer us, and streamline our processes so to achieve the best possible results.

Commenti: All collection processes are now in one place, visible to all users (from beginning until the end).
Aspetti positivi:
Ability to customize, change processes alone, without CR's. All information's are in one place, customer friendly - easy to use it. EXUS and Infosistem team are great support at any part of building this tool and now, after go live, in making changes and adjusting processes to our needs.
Aspetti negativi:
As we are beginners in using this software, we need to learn, get more time to become familiar with all parts and to understand it more (administrator part - learning how application "think")
