> My overall opinion is that it would be much more powerful if I truly knew how to use every aspect, how to use the report writer, if I knew how all the fields were used.  But help documentation is spotty and using the Communities case support system is slow and can be painful.

> **Inconvenienti**: Historically, when some core functionality has been identified as having an issue or a bug, there have been delays in getting stuff functioning correctly. Most notably, we've had trouble getting consistent/accurate results from Metrix and from the CRM Outlook plug-in.
